Community Pool Aqua Fit Classes

Our physiotherapy patients aren’t the only ones to have access to the therapeutic benefits of our heated saltwater therapy pool.

Our community pool classes are geared to the development of aerobic capacity, flexibility and strengthening of your muscles.  All classes are open to the public, and are offered in a variety of options that will suit your abilities and needs.

Hydrotherapy classes are one of the safest ways to stay active!  The water naturally cushions your joints and muscles against any type of stress, especially in your spine, knees and hips.

Grab a towel, bottle of water and join our fun group of some laughs……and a lot of exercise!

Please contact our STEGH location (519.637.7171) to find out available days and times.

Physiotherapy Clinical Pool

Individuals who are attending physiotherapy at any one of our locations, have full access to the pool for either part or all of their rehabilitation program.  At the time of your assessment your physiotherapist will assess your injury and determine whether hydrotherapy would be of benefit to your recovery.  Each pool session is designed for you and your injury’s specific needs.
